En gros, Joe Casey raconte ici ce qu'il s'est passé entre l'atterrissage de la navette sur Terre des FF et le signal lancé dans l'air de Reed quelques semaines après. Il explique que l'armée a essayée de les récupérer et présente des ajouts à la genèse de l'équipe. Comme dans Earth's Migthiest Heroes, donc.
