Batman Beyond Unlimited [Nouvelle Série]

Beginning in February 2012, DC Comics will be launching BATMAN BEYOND
UNLIMITED, a monthly print periodical which will collect chapters from
various digital-first series. Releasing weekly, JUSTICE LEAGUE BEYOND
and BATMAN BEYOND will come out as individual chapters prior to (and in
conjunction with) the collected, 48-page monthly BATMAN BEYOND UNLIMITED
print edition.
JUSTICE LEAGUE BEYOND is from the creative team of Dustin Nguyen and
Derek Fridolfs, adding Batman (Terry McGinnis) to the team of
superheroes to combat a Neo Goath-related enemy. And in BATMAN BEYOND,
from Adam Beecham and Norm Breyfogle, McGinnis and Bruce Wayne face an
onslaught of Jokerz – and the return of an old foe.

Les rumeurs étaient de plus en plus vives, Dustin NGuyen avait presque lâché le morceau à Lille, c'est maintenant officialisé par DC. Après une petite absence dû au reboot, la série Batman Beyond est de retour à partir de février 2012 ! Et ce n'est pas tout, elle ne sera pas seule puisque la gamme Beyond s'étend avec un nouveau titre Justice League Beyond !

Les deux titres seront réalisés en collaboration par Adam Beecham, Derek Fridolfs et Dustin Nguyen au scénario et Norm Breyfogle, Dustin Nguyen et Derek Fridolfs aux dessins. Un chapitre de chaque série sera publié chaque semaine exclusivement en digital et le tout sera réuni à la fin du mois dans une version papier qui s'appellera Batman Beyond Unlimited.

Il s'agit donc là d'une grosse nouveauté puisque c'est la première série régulière DC à être publiée exclusivement en digital avant une sortie papier. Il faut bien souligner le "série régulière" parce que ça avait déjà été le cas avec des mini-séries, Batman Arkham City par exemple.

sympa la reprise et la présence de la JLB. Le méchant est classique mais peut donner quelque chose de bien.

Mouais, j'avoue que les personnages de la Justice League ne m'intéressent pas : ils étaient sympathiques en apparition rapide dans la série TV, mais pour tenir plusieurs histoires ça ne me passionnera pas. Je préférerais voir d'autres versions, d'autres héritiers que ceux-ci.
