le cas de Malibu est different Marvel avait deux reproches a ces personages : ils étaient trop enguagés socialement pour l'époque (évocations ouvertes de l'homosexualité, la transexualité, la pédophilie etc...) et le coup puisque les créateurs devait toucher des royalties a toute utilisation. C'est pour ça qu'ils ont tenté d'utiliser les persos CrossGen mais pas ceux de Malibu...

en gros
- on enterre toutes les intrigues et les personnages précédents,
- on fait un gros retcon ce que vous avez lu n'est pas arrivé
- je débarque avec mes personnages point barre
