Batman [Nouvelle Série]

Snyder commence à dévoiler ses plans pour 2014 :

Souvent très loquace sur Twitter, Scott Snyder vient de répondre à quelques questions de fans et a révélé quelques éléments sur ses grosses séries que sont Batman et la future Man of Steel.

Pour Batman, il révèle que l'arc Death of the Family, qui se termine au numéro 17, sera suivi de 3 numéros traitant des conséquences de cet arc (numéros 18 à 20), puis d'un arc de 9 numéros ! (21 à 29). Il révèle en effet ne pas être friand des arcs en 2 ou 3 numéros. Au final, on devrait donc garder l'auteur sur la série au moins jusqu'à février 2014.

Capullo est définitivement fait pour cette série.

Il était vraiment temps qu'il s'échappe de Spawn pour nous offrir ça.

Batman #14 continue sur sa bonne lancée. Snyder joue avec le Joker et son aura, et sa vision de Batman me plaît toujours autant. Le principe de "hiérarchiser" les personnages principaux selon le schéma d'un jeu d'échec est intéressant, mais je tique un peu sur la "révélation" - j'ai toujours été persuadé que le Joker s'en fichait. Après, c'est dynamique, intéressant, bien mené, bien rythmé, Capullo est toujours excellent et la back-up fait le boulot avec Jock. Vivement la suite.
